“Been coming here for over a year now and I’ve never had any problems until recently with the newest MOAs at the front. I emailed to cancel my appointment because I was in the hospital, the following morning I still received my reminders about my appointment for the next day…I ended up having to call, I asked when they check their emails only to be told they haven’t checked them yet — it was well after 9 am. I proceeded to tell her that I emailed to cancel my appointment, I was told “we only accept voicemails” well, according to the websites cancellation policy that is incorrect. So perhaps, when you get yourself to the office, check your emails and voicemails — not just one or the other. Not impressed whatsoever.”Read moreShow less

“I have had chronic pain for years that was completely unexplained and I got a referral to this clinic from my family doctor clinic to try trigger point injections. After seven sessions I started to notice an improvement and after several months I can officially say I’ve had the least pain in my shoulders and neck that I’ve had since I can remember. Then the other day I saw Dr Dhanoa for the first time since coming to the clinic and within minutes of seeing me he noticed a series of symptoms I had that led him to screening me for a disorder and diagnosing me on the spot. I hadn’t even considered the disorder but now that I have the diagnosis it explains 28 years of medical mysteries that I have suffered with.
