“I came for a massage for the first time and was greeted by friendly front staff. The space is clean and welcoming, also smells great with gorgeous lotions/sprays for sale. I had a massage with Kurtis for 60 minutes and it was great. He addressed my issues and located other areas of soreness I was not even aware of. I felt much better leaving, and they even provide a free bag of epsom salt. Would highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I couldn't sleep, move, work, I started feeling depressed because of it. Helen gave me one massage and everything changed! I already booked with her in advanced because I feel amazing. Thank you, Helen for your kind words and understanding what my body is going through. You're the best.”Read moreShow less

“I had a great massage with Helen. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were tight and sore. Her pressure was perfect, and you can tell she’s very experienced. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense. I would definitely book with her again!”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been going to muscle matters for years. All excellent therapists with great hearts and lots of experience. I specifically had Alex a few days ago and I highly recommend him! I’ve been suffering with a lumbar strain for the last two weeks - he was professional, knowledgeable, and I’m already feeling quite a bit of improvement 48 hours later. Great place, great team 👍🏼”Read moreShow less

“I’m not one to leave a review but I had to leave 5 stars for Janice!!! She DID NOT miss. I had a 90 minute massage that was life changing. I feel like I’m on cloud nine with the trouble areas she focused on. Truly hit everything from the tip of my head to the tips of my toes. I’ve had a few massages here and everyone is so lovely and amazing. I don’t think you could go wrong with anybody.”Read moreShow less

“Update: Management reached out and offered me a complimentary makeup massage. The second session was significantly better. The room was warm, no air blowing on and off, the massage therapist listened to what I was wanting and where I was sore, and it was a noticeable improvement from my first visit. I appreciate their effort to address the issue. . . . . . . . . . I booked a 60-minute massage and told the therapist up front that I was looking for a deeper tissue, as I had just had acupuncture and needed my muscles properly worked on. The massage itself was extremely weak and nowhere near deep tissue. The therapist did not focus on the areas I specifically asked for, and the first 5–10 minutes were spent with no oil, pulling and pinching my skin, which was uncomfortable and not therapeutic. To make matters worse, the room was absolutely freezing. The air kept turning on and off throughout the session, and I was shivering for most of the massage. It was very uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Between the lack of pressure, the cold room, and the shortened session (massage only started at 8 and ended at 8:45), this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I would not recommend to anyone looking for proper massage.”Read moreShow less
