CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to miss an appointment. However, when you fail to notify us of a cancellation, it may prevent another patient from receiving much-needed treatment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments to allow us to accommodate another patient. Please note that appointment reminders cannot be made by our reception staff due to the busy nature of the clinic. I just had a treatment with Tyler, I came in with severe back pain due to what I thought was my sciatica, Tyler took the time to assess and I actually found out it wasn’t my sciatica, he came up with a treatment plan and had also explained what was going on in my body.
