“My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. I initially went there for a dental examination. They gave me a list of procedures to complete, which I did because everything was covered under my insurance. They cleaned my teeth and even scheduled a follow-up appointment for a filling. However, when I arrived on the scheduled date, I was suddenly told that the filling would not be covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay out of pocket. What shocked me the most was that nobody informed me of this beforehand. If they had checked my insurance coverage properly before booking the appointment, they could have saved me a wasted trip and my valuable time. After losing confidence in the clinic, I decided to seek treatment elsewhere. During my examination at another dental clinic, the dentist was surprised by the amount of plaque and tartar still present on my teeth. I was told that my teeth did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, despite my previous visit being less than six months earlier. I was surprised myself because I could clearly see the buildup. From my perspective, I paid for (through my insurance) a professional cleaning that did not meet the standard I expected. The second dentist's comments only reinforced my concerns about the quality of care I received. I understand that treatments and professional opinions can vary, but my overall experience left me feeling that my time, insurance benefits, and trust were not respected. Better communication about insurance coverage and greater attention to the quality of treatment would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.”

“Very cheap way of dealing with customers/patients. They told me cavity removals are fully covered by student insurance and then ended up charging me with around 400 dollars since that part of it wasn’t covered. Don’t recommend them to anyone.”
