“I came in with an upper back issue that had been bothering me for almost a decade. Erika went above and beyond, spending extra time with me, without being asked, to help identify the underlying cause of my pain. She was professional, attentive, and her intuition was better than that of most physiotherapists and physicians I had seen over the years. She helped me realize that I had a significant alignment issue which seems to be the root cause of this pain. She taught me to be self aware of movement and what might be the underlying cause, which led to effective treatments and exercises that are genuinely working. For the first time in over a decade, my chronic pain is finally starting to improve. I’m seeing real progress and feeling better than I have in years. I’m incredibly grateful for her care, well worth the visit.”
