“Beautiful clean facility. Mostly friendly staff. I had a young guy teenager at the front desk. Not really personable. The dr was amazing. No wait time . Very thorough. Highly recommend”

“Got an email regarding appointment. For a day and time. I Showed up for appointment and was told my appointment was for the following day. Reception told me nope it was for the following day. I had to dig out my phone and find the email. All with a broken wrist. Not a very positive experience for my first visit. They were able to fit me in that day. So I’ll give 2 stars. EDIT : stopped in the clinic today and talked to a receptionist who was clearly not paying attention to what I was saying. Kept telling me I didn’t have a surgery date when I clearly know that I do. She kept saying I don’t see anything here. Then she finally asks me how to spell my last name, then calls me by not by my first name but by some other name. She obviously was In someone else’s file. Finally she finds my file, tells me she will be right back. In the meantime the nurse that was there during my appointment comes to the reception area and I asked her the questions I was trying to get answers to. She answered my questions in a professional manner. The front office need to be more focused and professional. If they don’t know the answer to a question or can’t answer the questions say that, be professional and say I’ll try and get someone who can answer those questions. It’s not rocket science people. Back to one star zero if I could.”Read moreShow less

“The doctor had a great bedside manner and everyone was really friendly it was a quick in and out and he reassured me that I will heal on my own. But he gave me a wrap just in case. It was a great experience thank you Dr Stevens”

“The drs need to stop getting defensive when you question things or repeat things that you were told by another doctor. It took so long to be taken seriously for my ankle years ago and I ended up needing surgery. This time I came in for my shoulder I didn't expect it to still be injured in the way of needing surgery. Though the doctor I saw got defensive and dismissive as soon as I was like I was told a not b. I also would like to point out regardless of age you can tear ligaments or tendons or muscles or tissue. We need to stop writing off injuries as "you're to young to have this" even if it's meant as light hearted it's not it's dismissive and outdated. Seriously 😒 how disappointed I was considering I actually thought it was ok up til that point. Maybe also explain why you don't think there was an initial type of injury instead of just saying I'm a surgeon trust me. Surgeons are amazing and needed but they aren't perfect. It's never good to just trust blindly and if I was told one thing and then it turns out not to be this thing if you don't explain I'm going to doubt it especially since it was a couple months from the injury to the ultrasound and even longer to see the dr after the scan. Though you're not "to young" to have serious injuries just because "typically" they mostly happen in older people.”Read moreShow less

“This warehouse is poorly designed from outside signage for parking, to the vast lengths of warehouse style ibrerior spaces ro cover for patients with mobility issues which are the great and butter of a Orthopedic surgical group, and the attached money making therapies also housed inthe same vast complex. No accommodations for person with cane trying to get ID at reception and then go through the entire ID info. I was unable to balance, " sorry no chairs" or mobile registration to bring to a waiting room bench. The foot surgeon had rptriple bookings for sane time slot, never introduced himself, assisted me up onto exam table. Dismissed my case after 6 minutes, wouldn't answer questions. Left the appointment with my xrays open, my personal file on paper on desk, and me perched on exam table. Zero staff around to assist. No one except a Downs syndrome male walking patients to be rooms. I had to wiggle my way off the table, redress my feet, pick up my chart, and turn off the computer showing my xray, so my personal info wasn't there for next patient. I turned in my chart at that registration desk, and said everything was left open, and no one came. Told to have a nice day. SOOO not a warm reassuring place for healthcare. Looks and feels like a factory.”Read moreShow less

“My concerns regarding the lack of communication following my daughter’s recent foot surgery. After the procedure, we had several important questions about her recovery and care. Unfortunately, the nursing staff were unable to provide answers and advised us to wait to speak with the doctor. We were then informed that the doctor is unavailable due to an upcoming vacation and is too busy to address our concerns. Two days we had to wait to even speak to someone who still couldn’t give answers. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. As a parent, it is extremely important to have clear guidance and reassurance after a surgical procedure. Being left without answers during this time feels unprofessional and concerning. I believe there are reasonable ways to ensure patient care is not impacted during busy periods or absences. For example, having a receptionist or staff member collect patient questions and relay them to the doctor, with follow-up responses provided via phone or email, would greatly improve communication and patient support. You would think this would already be in place.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Stevens from MSK Centre performed my left ankle subtalar fusion surgery in November 2022. To say that he is a fantastic surgeon would be an understatement—he truly deserves a 10-star review rather than just five. Dr. Stevens took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, including the pros and cons of each approach related to my ankle, potential surgery and the recovery process. He was honest, straightforward, and provided the facts I needed in order to make an informed decision. In addition to his expertise, he has a wonderful personality. He consistently made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and always had me laughing at my appointments. I’m very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Stevens and I would highly recommend Dr. Stevens to anyone needing ankle surgery. Dr. Stevens is one of kind.”Read moreShow less

“Great place. Friendly stuff, great doctors. Dr. Christopher Geddes and Dr. John McCuaig are so compasionate and understanding doctors. Only thing is I bought knee braces "Unloader" from MSK, it did not do anything for me. Read another people reviews, many negative reviews. It is not cheap stuff. My mistake, should do research about it, before I bought it. Other than that MSK centre is great place, and I highly reccomended it. Way to go.”Read moreShow less
