“Mel is the best rmt there is — full stop. She is very knowledgeable and talented at actually finding the source of your pain points and providing relief. She is always booked out and rightfully so, and definitely deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I would be sad to not have her as my RMT. She handles all ICBC direct billing on her own and works incredibly hard.”

“This was terrible. I made a reservation a week ago. I even got an email about the appointment and a message the day of the appointment. However 20 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying that they're not taking new patients and saying they're cancelling my appointment. I was surprised and explained to the lady that I made an appointment through their website. I asked "was this a technical error?" The lady replied without a single remorse and said "not at all". I would've understood if they cancelled my appointment even a day before but just 20 minutes before is unbelieveable. They weren't even apologetic nor did they take responsibility for this.”
