“I had an excellent RMT session yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went in with pretty bad back pain, and he quickly found the exact points causing the problem, including some deep muscle knots I didn’t even realize were there. The treatment was very thorough and targeted, and I felt noticeably better right after the session. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive he was throughout the treatment. It’s clear he understands how to identify the root of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. As someone who climbs regularly, it’s also reassuring to know I’ve found someone who can help with climbing-related injuries and muscle tightness in the future. Highly recommend!”Read moreShow less

“Alex has been super awesome. He’s an experienced RMT and an athlete himself, and knows how to release those tight climbing knots without you having to explain too much. Thank you and greatly appreciate the improvements i’ve had from your sessions!”

“As someone who has had hundreds of massages I cannot speak highly enough of Alexandre. He is extremely knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job of helping to relieve pain around multiple long term injuries as well as work through more common tightness from my routine physical activities. As a climber, he hits ALL of the spots that need it every time. As someone with multiple shoulder injuries I was amazed at how he resolved my shoulder pain through working on not just my shoulders but also surrounding muscle groups. He is thorough, kind, communicative, and does a truly exceptional job!”Read moreShow less
