“Blair Purvis (physiotherapist and owner) is absolutely phenomenal. He has helped me with multiple injuries over the years, including knees, calves, plantar fasciitis, shoulder, ankles. Blair does an incredible job locating the source of the injury, and using many different treatment options to repair the injury. Blair is also very easy to talk to, and does an excellent job explaining what tissues are weak, tight, or inflamed. The rest of the staff at Movement Solutions are also phenomenal. It’s truly a family business; the receptionists have even held my baby during my session so that I can focus on my treatment.
