48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: . Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or appointments that are missed, will be charged the full session fee using the credit card on file. (Exceptions will be made for medical emergencies).

NEW CLIENTS: Before booking a full session, please book an Initial Consultation so that we can meet to determine whether we are potentially a good fit to work together. Initial consultations are 15-minute appointments, free of charge, and can be done in-person, via videoconference, or over the phone. If you cannot find an available time that works for you, please contact me at eli@mtnviewcounselling.com .
CANCELLATION/WAIT LIST: If you are a current client and your preferred time is unavailable, then please add yourself to the wait list for cancellations . You can add specific days and times to your waitlist request and if there is a cancellation during those days or times you will be automatically notified and given the option to book that appointment.
