“In my adult life, I’ve been very fortunate to have some good dentist. At Mountain dental arts not only do I feel completely confident in my dentist. I am also impressed with the staff in general, especially my Hygienist Amanda ! They are very organized and professional from the Front desk to the back chair. “I have been a patient at Mountain Dental Arts since Dr. McQuistin took over for Dr. Porter just down the road on Concession Street and then built the present dental office. I have always had the best of care even during my recent visit today. The staff are courteous and friendly and I have always received the best of dental care especially when getting a filling done or getting a crown installed. “I’ve had several appointments now at Mountain Dental Arts, and each experience has been very positive. It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist, and I was a bit apprehensive about going somewhere new, especially after having some dental work done elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, the staff have consistently been friendly and welcoming. The team takes the time to explain everything clearly and has been very thorough, which I really appreciate given my recent dental history. What stands out most to me is that there’s absolutely no pressure or pushy upselling—just honest, straightforward care focused on what I actually need. That makes the whole experience feel much more comfortable and trustworthy. I also really appreciate that they offer communication by text, which is a welcomed and convenient feature. Dr. China, Shannon S., and Aysha all come highly recommended for their professionalism and friendly approach. “Went here yesterday for my first time in nearly 6 years. 🙈 the ladies at the front ( Sandy + Donna) are SO nice and welcoming, definitely made me feel less anxious about the appointment. I was there for roughly 2 hours and tears were definitely shed during. In a good way. Carmen (the hygienist) did amazing on my teeth and was so so gentle and absolutely caring to how I’ve been feeling about them lately.. honourable shoutouts to Mary Beth + Shannon H + Dr. China for also being so welcoming for my first time there.
