“Went in for a first time appointment, had a lot of shoulder pain, they charged me 90 dollars. All he did was talk to me about it, said I was to muscular to adjust.. recommended some rub a535 and that was all I hot for my 90 bucks. Just in it for the money. Will never go back.”

“Absolutely loved it here! Unfortunately I had been switched to night shift at work and I love shopping local it would be good to keep it that way but the way this business is being run seems like they are now just in it for money, I booked a mid day appointment for massage and tried staying awake from working the night before because I was switched onto night shift but I ended up passing out an hour before the appointment..woke up 2 minute before the appointment, called the reception and asked if I re-book is it too late. She said yes ..I get that it was my fault I'm always punctual and on time never missed an appointment.. yet this one time I was going to be late . I asked if I could come in an just get a reduced time and she hesitated so I asked if we could put it through benefits to which she replied that is fraud ..OK I didn't realize that so I immediately said no we won't be doing that then . And I asked how much do I owe out of pocket then . And she said it was the full amount.. I don't mind paying maybe half or under half of what I owe for the full session.. but you guys got to have some leeway because It was a very long time to book ahead to even get in and LIFE HAPPENS! And unfortunately they've changed their motives and I get running a business but I've never missed before and I've always given plenty of time if I've had to rebook with any company.. but they didn't budge.. I guess that last 90.00 I will spend there trumps the over 1000.00 worth of benefits you could have made yearly. I don't understand how the owner thought this was worth while to go that route. Guess you're too big of company now you just have to put your foot down and have zero remorse for people that have to cater to life and make priority calls. This is no slander to any of the massage therapists there they are all absolutely amazing! And I think that they could really benefit from starting their own company and work out of their own office space vs paying someone else to run their amazing talents on their own they're all capable and like i said amazing at what they do. This negative review is how the receptionist and owner decided to run their business. And I do not like leaving poor reviews. But I thought this encounter was handled horribly wrong in this situation. So with this being said I hope you find your right path again and take this into consideration next time someone has something come up. And have some remorse on their situation outside your business model. Good luck”
