“Monica did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. The office staff were also wonderful in explaining my questions about my account. Dr. Max Bondarenko and all his team are great. “I waited several months for my appointment and explained my dental concerns in advance. I even traveled from another city for this visit. Not only was I seen 30 minutes late, but the fillings I specifically came for were not replaced — even though the dentist said it would only take around 40 minutes. If I had been taken on time, there would have been enough time to actually provide the treatment. I honestly don’t understand the clinic’s scheduling policy. Patients wait 2–3 months for an appointment, travel across the city, spend time and money, only to be told after a quick check-up that they need to book another appointment several months later just to replace a filling. It feels like a complete waste of time and money. I was also disappointed with my husband’s experience during his cleaning appointment. They only cleaned one side of his teeth/jaw and told him to come back another time for the rest. Is that really normal? Maybe if appointments were given a reasonable amount of time, patients could actually receive full treatment during their visit. On top of that, it has already been a week and I still haven’t received my receipt/invoice from the clinic.”Read moreShow less

“’m posting on behalf of my mother-in-law, Teresa, who has been seeing this dentist for many years. She first met Dr. Maxime Bondarenko while he was practicing at a holistic dentistry clinic and had a very pleasant experience. She continued seeing him even after he moved locations—at one point even taking the ferry to Gibsons because she valued his care so much. When he later opened his clinic in Mount Pleasant, she continued going there regularly. Even after moving to New Brunswick, she has continued to travel back to see him because of the exceptional care he provides. Recently, she also saw Dr. Hridesh Chhabra and had another very positive experience. She received great service and felt very well cared for. The front desk staff are also kind and welcoming. “Dr Verma is the absolute best. Seriously. I had to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed as well as another tooth extraction and she was an absolute champ. They made sure I was comfortable with the procedure as I was very anxious, she was very empathetic throughout the procedure and made sure to check in on me throughout it all. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to handle this. I was especially nervous for my tooth extraction (not the wisdom) as doctors in the past have told me it would have been a difficult tooth extraction- and it was! However, she never hesitated to take on the job to remove it! She did a phenomenal job and it was quick! :-) Her assistant Ali was also very sweet to me throughout it all. Overall this dental clinic, down to the receptionists, is just awesome. They attend my needs, provide the pricing in advance as per my request, and are just the absolute sweetest. I genuinely recommend this clinic!! Nobody asked me to leave a review so this is coming from the bottom of my heart. I wish for everyone to have as good of a dental experience as I did!
