“Lewis is a phenomenal physiotherapist! He takes his time with each client and truly cares about his patients. His recovery plans are tailored to you and he spends the whole session providing care. Lewis has helped me through many painful injuries. His empathy and care truly show in his treatment plans. He has helped me through multiple muscle strains, a slipped disc, as well as some sciatic pain. He had also helped improve my mobility and strength training so I can be a better athlete! “I started working with Lewis over a year ago when I sprained my wrist at the gym. Through focused and attentive physiotherapy sessions, combined with tailored at-home exercises, I was able to gradually rebuild strength and mobility, allowing me to resume normal weightlifting activities within a few months. Throughout my recovery, I’ve also done extensive dry needling with Lewis, which has been incredibly effective in relieving muscle tension and accelerating healing. His expertise in this technique has been a game-changer in my rehabilitation process. I continue to see Lewis for minor injuries, ongoing improvements in range of motion, and preventative treatments. His approach is incredibly empathetic, patient, and attentive. Beyond his in-session care, he excels at motivating and challenging his patients to stay committed to their exercises between appointments, which plays a key role in recovery and long-term physical health. One of the things that makes working with Lewis even better is the space MOTUS operates in. The treatment room is beautiful, serene, comfortable, and housed in a large, well-equipped gym with ample room for Lewis to walk patients through exercises effectively. Lewis is an exceptional physiotherapist who genuinely cares about his patients. Many of my friends also see him, and they all speak highly of his skill and dedication to patient care.
