“My 3 daughters and I were in a car accident in September and our insurance referred us to Motion Plus Physiotherapy, as it was close enough to our home. They accommodated us quickly for an assessment and booked follow up appointments. The facility is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, with wheelchair accessible spots right outside their doors. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The receptionists are warm and welcoming and wonderful at getting us into appointments and very easy to reschedule when needed. I really appreciated the print out of all the appointments and an email version as well, made things a lot easier to keep track. They took care of all the paperwork and explained everything to me. I had nothing to worry about as they took care of everything. We had a little bit of a hiccup with our health insurance, as they took forever to reimburse for one of my daughters. Karen, jumped right in to help to follow up multiple times with our health insurance, thankfully we had that resolved that issue. My daughter and I saw Kim at the physio clinic. She was easy to talk to, very kind, very knowledgable. She provided us with plenty of home exercises to do and followed up on them. She was gentle with us and provided excellent service. She made the exercises fun for my daughter who was in a lot of pain. We both looked forward to our appointments. My 5 year old daughter worked with John. He was so wonderful with her. My little one is a bit shy when it comes to strangers but they hit it off right away, doing magic tricks and joking about things. She talked his ear off every appointment, telling him all about her day. She kept asking when her next appointment will be. We are very thankful for the service and care we received here and highly recommend them to anyone in need of physiotherapy after a car accident or day to day physiotherapy needs.”Read moreShow less

“After my car accident, I was in so much pain and was terrified of my recovery. As soon as I walked into Motion Plus, it felt like home. John listened to all of my fears and reassured me, and his physio plan was the perfect balance of work and recovery. I always felt listened to, protected and strong in his care. The staff at the front desk are always so friendly and lovely as well. From start to finish this was the best physio experience of my life; I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough for anyone looking for recovery, relief and a friendly shoulder to dump all your concerns on.”Read moreShow less

“John and the staff at Motion Plus Physiotherapy are incredible! I've had sprains, breaks, muscle strains, etc. Everyone is so supportive, from the flexibility of booking/changing appointments and the ease of direct insurance billing, to the specific treatments needed (which are not always easy to do when you're in 'rehab' mode!).
