“After struggling for months I found support here Clean environment. Engaging staff. Knowledgeable for sure! Immediate positive help. Seems with my muscles it is layered issue and bit by bit we are working towards a pain free and flexible situation. They explain what's going on so I can understand and buy in. “Worst experience. Had appointment booked. They cancelled last minute for zero reason other than their poor Administration Staff. Never answer phone and never return messages. Half the time staff is not even at this location. Ended up finding a far better facility with excellent staff. I do not know how they are still in business. Update: when staff/admin does not like consistent reviews of her inadequacies, she has a personal friend(Roza) post lies about how amazing she is. Not only is this unethical and untrue and immoral, it is illegal. Disgusting. I question the other 3 positive reviews as being false as well”Read moreShow less

“Horrible staff! No one answers the phone. No one answers their emails. When you finally get thru they are rude and condescending. They cancel appointments by text 10 mins before you get there with no explanation, even when I drove 30 mins to get there. Will not even answer call to ask why. Wish I could give them anegative rating. Even try to email therapists. They ignore you as well. Run from this place.”Read moreShow less

“Updated June/22- How this place stays in business is beyond me. They won’t collect money they are owed even when I give them the date and the time of the therapy they gave. They refuse to return calls or emails. All I can say is whoever owns this business must be made of money and doesn’t care how extremely poorly their office is run. Maybe they are related to tolerate the rudest, most unprofessional and disorganized administrative staff I have EVER dealt with. Original review — Don’t get me wrong, I’m more than happy with the Physiotherapy staff my problem is the administrative staff. They are definitely not interested in collecting cash payments for their services and they have zero customer service skills.
