“Amazing dental! Always willing to hear me rant about my stressful school while I get my teeth checked even though they don't understand what I'm saying. Everyone is super warm and nice and very professional. I'm from Colombia where we have great dental care too and I can confirm Moss dental is top notch. Always recommend the place to all my friends and acquaintances looking for a dentist. 11/10”

“I have been meaning to write this review for a long time.. so here we go! I have been going to Moss Street for about 7 years ago, for, well, basically everything. Dental, dental hygiene, chiropractic, massage, counselling, etc. I can hands down say that every single practitioner in this building is amazing at what they do. From my personal experience: Evan and Ashleigh are amazing RMT's who make you feel so comfortable and give great, therapeutic massages! Dr. Russu is an incredible, patient, kind, and caring dentist who really cares about your teeth and is GENTLE. 10/10 for Dr. Russu. I highly recommend her to anyone who will listen - even my husband who doesn't like the dentist thinks it's less painful with Dr. Russu. On the hygiene side of things, I can't say enough good about Stacey who is kind, gentle, and gives an amazing cleaning!! High quality dental care is so important, and you'll definitely get it at Moss Street! Dr. Nick is a stellar chiropractor who is professional, easy-going, and cares about your overall health and wellness. Sarah Causton is a wonderful RSW. She is kind and compassionate! All of this on top of the fact that every staff member around the clinic is friendly and helpful. Particular shouts out for the dental reception who go out of their way to be accommodating and help you with direct billing. I love Moss Street, and if I hadn't moved I'd probably still be here.. multiple times per week! :D”

“Going to the dentist is never a chore here. The front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly. The clinic has modern conveniences like TVs mounted on the ceiling above the dentist chair so you can watch what you want while you get worked on. Dr Shaila has been my dentist for years, she's got a great bedside manner, remembers our conversations, explains everything to me clearly and shows me photos and x-rays of my teeth on the monitor in the dental room. She stays up to date on modern techniques and equipment with little things like a comfortably shaped mouth piece to hold your mouth open while working on you, or a vibrating tool that makes it so you don't notice a needle insertion for freezing. These seem like small things but they all add up to a great experience. Highly recommended.”

A very knowledgeable and passionate, kind, friendly, and gentle counselor. His punctuality could use some work, but it is a small price to pay for his expertise. “I have to leave a review as I’m sure it’s rare for anyone to have a “complete” positive experience as well as fanominal results after leaving the dentist, but I did. Dr Russu is just an absolutely amazing, caring, considerate, gentle and most importantly honest person and Dentist, who treated me after suffering with Dental pain in one area, but not being able to point out the exact area. Dr Russu, took her time to assess me, so patiently, making sure I was at ease and comfortable throughout the rnture appointment and I never felt rushed at all. Every time any new instrument or procedure was changing, I was informed in detail as to what’s going on, and was explained in great detail what was happening with my teeth, I’ve never felt so relaxed, truly. Not only is it the day after my procedure of 2 fillings and my pain has gone, but I have onlythe slightest of tenderness, (which is really out of the norm for me, as I genuinely ache or swell). The office is beautiful and clean, and every member of staff is warm and welcoming, parking is easy, and the whole experience was delightful! I can not recommend Moss Health Care and Dr Russu enough, after many many trips to the dentist over my years, here and in Europe, this has by far been the most pleasant and by far successful. Thank you Dr Russi.”
