“Bengie was thorough and compassionate during my treatment today. I have been dealing with muscular and nerve issues for over a month with stubborn muscles that aren’t responding well to multiple different specialists. Today I may have actually gained a small amount of relief, which I am forever thankful for. She didn’t rush, listened to where I described the location of the pain even after the treatment and made some small localized tweaks even after my time was up, which I’m sure put her behind in her day, but her focus was on my well-being, which I appreciate more than I can say. “After checking out some online reviews, I went to see Alex Lye, physiotherapist. I had been in agony for the past 24-hours with upper arm pain that woke me numerous times throughout the previous night. He did a thorough analysis and determined I had acute tendinopathy of the long head of my right bicep. He treated it with cupping and dry needling and I immediately felt relief. Within 24-hours, I was 90 percent improved with very little pain and increased strength and range of motion. Within 48 hours, I felt the issue was completely resolved. During my follow-up appointment, I accused Alex of practicing witchcraft because I didn't dream that the issue could resolve so quickly. Not only is Alex an incredible physiotherapist, he's very personable and excels at making his clients comfortable.
