“I am a so very, very happy Monarch Denture Clinic customer. My first set of dentures was in 2015, from day one, I was never able to eat with them, even the second set never fit, they functioned as ornaments, they hurt most of the time I wore them. The bottom partial plate hurt so badly I would cry when I had to wear them, I tried to get them adjusted several times, each time I felt I wasn’t being heard by the denturist. I stopped going out, because they hurt to wear, and where I couldn’t even eat with them it made it pointless to even wear them. So when it came time for my next set I chose Monarch Denture Clinic, because of their nearby Dartmouth location. I was a little nervous at first by was made to feel at ease right away, Anna made the process so wonderful and easy, she really listened to my needs and concerns. Now I can finally say I have teeth that are actually functional, being able to eat with them is everything, I can hardly feel them when they are in. The added bonus is that they look fantastic, almost like my natural teeth did, with a small gap in the middle, just like I wanted, making them look even more natural. “I cannot say enough about the fantastic service at Monarch Denture Clinic in Porters Lake. I had a dental emergency the day before a wedding and was very upset to put it mildly. After calling several other places and searching online I reached Monarch and from the moment Anna answered the phone I felt better. After explaining my situation to her she told me to jump in the car and she would take care of me. This was a Friday at 330 and they close at 5. “I have been so impressed with Anna’s professionalism and her flexibility with my financial issues. She is gentle and kind, and she explained what I am likely to be able to eat once I get both of my dentures. She wanted me to have realistic expectations. She has answered every question that I have ever asked her. She is very patient in her explanations. She has a beautiful smile, and at my first appointment she told me about the monarch butterfly, about the colour orange, and about how our smile connects to the soul.She wanted me to have a beautiful smile. I was embarrassed about the bottom teeth in my mouth that were broken and painful. She was the first person to look inside my mouth and she was so kind about it. I would highly recommend Anna.
