“I’ve had three visits to Monarch Dentistry (Waterloo) so far, and each experience has been outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the reception and front desk staff were welcoming, clear, and professional, creating a calm and friendly atmosphere. My dentist and hygienist were truly exceptional. They made sure I was comfortable at all times and took the time to explain every step of the process. My dentist’s personality really stood out, he made me laugh and helped me forget that I was there for serious dental work. He even ensured we had a “safe word” or hand signal in case I couldn’t speak during treatment, which made me feel completely at ease and well cared for. I especially appreciated how thorough and patient the team was. All my questions were answered clearly, my inquiries were explained in detail, and they followed up with additional questions to make sure I fully understood everything. They also provided helpful explanations, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure I never missed an appointment. The cleaning and check-ups were done professionally and efficiently, and the clinic environment was clean, calm, and well organized. I also appreciated that they granted most of my requests, including detailed explanations, X-rays, and pictures, all I had to do was show up, and they took care of the rest.
