We wanted to update you on an important change to our billing practices at Monarch Child & Family Therapy Inc.

Effective April 1, 2026, we will no longer be able to offer direct billing to insurance providers.

Moving forward, clients will be responsible for payment at the time of their appointment. We will continue to provide detailed receipts promptly, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your individual plan.

“My daughter loves coming to therapy. Rayne is very nice and sweet and caring and does all sorts of little workshops to help my girl open up and talk about big feelings and big things in her life. Very friendly and professional.”
