“I had this wonderful experience of healing with help of my Physiotherapist Prabu Dhanashekar .I visited them with severe knee pain on my left foot and couldn't even bend. He tried some methods which relieved me of my pain and some out of the box exercise to help my muscles get stronger around that region.
