“Matt has exceptional professional skills and provides therapeutic treatment, blending massage therapy for acute relief and strength training for long-term improvements. His personal experience as a powerlifter complements his training in massage therapy as he is able to notice areas of muscle tightness, overcompensation, or underdevelopment. He refers clients to Momentum's physiotherapists or offers some resistance exercises to address problems causing pain.
