“Our rowing team did group erg sessions with Ben over the winter and what a difference it made when we got on the water this year! We didn’t have to spend the first part of the season getting used to it all again. We just got in the boat and rowed. He had us totally prepared for the season. Ben has such a wealth of rowing knowledge and, as a coach, he knows just how to pass that on to the crews he works with. Thanks Ben for all your help! As an extra bonus, the set up at Momentum is terrific. There’s a great erg room with enough machines to accommodate a full team plus a pretty cool rower that actually has an oar and acts as if it is on the water. We will be back again!”Read moreShow less
