Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-show appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your appointment for the first time. All subsequent no-shows or late cancellations will be equal to the full cost of your appointment. This includes new patient exams. “Previous physio providers did not get back to me when new and old problems surfaced. Eddy and the team were quick to respond. First time with dry needling treatment....immediate relief. Prefer it over active release tried in past. Treatment done for now. Take home exercises given. I'll be back when immediate relief is needed from neck/shoulder issues.
