“Can’t thank Tristan Dower-Nichols enough for the quick recovery through an AC joint sprain and grade 2 rotator cuff strain. I wouldn’t want anybody else’s expertise in this field to have helped me as Tristan’s background in sports has clearly been a huge advantage in the process to this speedy recovery which should’ve taken much longer than it did. “The team at Mocean Wellness was incredible! We were visiting from out of town to hike Gros Morne when my friend woke up with a stiff neck. They were able to squeeze us in for both physiotherapy and massage, and the treatments made such a difference - we even went back for a second round! “Julia and Jen really made my day. They took my pain from a 15 to zero. They are amazing. I do lots of preventive maintenance on all kinds of things except myself I guess but they preformed the much needed maintenance on me today.
