“Seeing Jaime for the fascia stretch therapy. She is awesome. Provides stretches to do at home. Modifies them to suit my ability or needs. The whole office is wonderful and they all work together to look after your needs. Highly recommend the mobility room .”

“Alex is amazing 🤟🤟 Alex goes above and beyond the regular phsyio i have attended in the past. She has been assiting in recovery from a lupus flare and understands the up's and downs that comes with that on its own. I highly recommend Alex, but have met with the whole team and honestly youd be in fantastic hands at Orange mobility room.”

“This is the third physiotherapy office where I’ve sought help for debilitating hip pain and it is the only one where I’ve had positive results. Through a combination of myofascial massage and exercises, the pain I had been experiencing for almost a year was starting to dissipate until it is almost gone. I highly recommend practitioners, Bidhan Neupane and Alex Gonthier who used a succession of strategies that have been very effective.”

“I can’t recommend Mobility Room enough. Aiden has been a vital part of my health journey. I first started seeing Aiden after COVID when OA in my hip had severely limited my mobility. His treatments and the 'pre-hab' routines he designed were instrumental in keeping me moving and functional for years leading up to my full hip replacement surgery. Now that I’ve had a successful hip replacement, I’m back at Mobility Room for post-op physio. They are helping me strength train, correct old compensatory habits, and stay on track to getting back to 'normal.' Aidens new office location is fantastic—it’s large, modern, and has allowed for a great growth in the variety of providers available. The friendly and professional atmosphere really aids in making a challenging recovery feel manageable and even enjoyable.”

“First met Aiden and learned about fascial stretch therapy while at my gym. While I was skeptical at first, the first time I stepped into the Mobility Room - we found the cause of my neck stiffness was because of some previous hip/lower back issues. More recently I had a calf strain during soccer that I thought would be the end of my career. The staff at the Mobility room helped me recover and strengthen my muscles to the point I was able to play after 3 weeks. Highly recommended for those dealing with their back/muscle issues. Professional and Knowledgeable make the Mobility Room more than just a massage.”
