I’ve been going to Garnet at MOA Living for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. He is hands down the best at what he does: knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly skilled. He’s helped me through a bad rotator cuff, ongoing shoulder issues, and even a pinched nerve, and every time he takes the time to talk me through what’s going on and how to work through it. That guidance alone has been so calming and helpful. Beyond the physical work, Garnet has a real healing energy about him. He’s spiritually grounded, kind hearted, and so easy to talk to. He’s open minded and genuinely curious, and you can talk to him about literally anything. If you’re looking for someone truly exceptional in the city, Garnet is the person to see.

Garnet is a special person and a superb therapist who has a variety of skills and modalities in his toolbox. He has helped me in so many ways while I’ve been dealing with osteoarthritis and sciatica , and as an aging athlete for the past 2 years. I’ve been very fortunate to have met him.

I had a stiff neck and a dull pain on my upper back for over two weeks. My wife got me an appointment with Mr. Garnet (I like to call him Doctor Garnet) and my pain was resolved in two sessions. I learned about too complex muscles and it was a highly motivated session and amazing learning experience . Doc also taught me a breathing technique which works like a charm and relaxes you in 5 mins. I also got a free menthol balm from him which is really good and already tried it couple of times. I highly recommend him.

Garnet is amazing! His unique, holistic approach to healing is knowledge based, thoughtful, comprehensive and effective. He has helped me through several injuries over the past couple of years. I'm truly thankful for his expertise, kindness and generosity of spirit. I was referred to him by my sisters and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to others. The care Garnet provides is exceptional. Wish I had gone to him sooner.

Garnet is the most talented practitioner I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had 4 concussions over the past 2.5 years and I would not be able to function without him. I went to numerous other physios before seeing him for Matrix Repatterninv and I was instantly a believer. He’s the only person I went to during my treatment regimen that was able to pinpoint where impact had happened and what the resulting symptoms were, ensuring his treatment was tailored to my unique needs. Garnet also takes a holistic approach to treatments, identifying other challenges across my body that could be causing additional pain and using a large toolkit of treatment options (Matrix, RMT, etc.). He truly is a wizard and the best at what he does!

Garnet and Ryan are experts in their craft! They have decades of experience and it shows during their assessments and treatments. Their knowledge of the human body and biomechanics and the way they explained it to me was easy to understand. I feel that I have a better understanding of my issues and am confident in the management and treatment plan they put me on! I highly recommend Garnet and Ryan for massage therapy, osteopathy and matrix repatterning to help get my body back to its normal!

I've been seeing massage therapist Garnet Santicruz at MOA living for over a decade now. He's excellent practicioner who really listens to what you need and is able to adapt on the fly. Ryan Hayes is also an excellent massage therapist and osteopath; I would highly reccomend MOA Living for anyone looking for a clinic!

I've been working with Garnet for my post-concussion symptoms and it has been a pleasure. I finally feel heard and hopeful about my progress (it's been 2+ years). He's super welcoming and approachable, along with being super insightful. Highly recommend :)

Ryan has a very unique approach to physical therapy that I’ve first experienced through his massage therapy and now osteopathy which suits him quite well. He is one of those practitioners that can do just a few minute movements, and then you feel a totally new alignment when you stand/move. Highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for attention to fine mechanics and physical alignment of the body.

I've been seeing Ryan for massage therapy for almost a year and recently experienced my first osteopathy appointment with him. It was a very different experience that left me feeling better overall. I struggle with a low back injury and ever since the osteopathy appointment I feel more aligned and have little to no pain. I felt like it was more of an inward focused appointment that made me feel more at ease and balanced. Not just physically but emotionally. I'm so grateful that I found Ryan based on a recommendation from a friend. Every time I have an appointment with him, I feel better. He is truly incredible!
