“Moai movement is just the best for moms & moms to be. I did prenatal yoga for the entirety of my pregnancy and have done several classes now with my baby! The classes are always what I need from a movement prospective and the community is supportive and fun! I’ve made mom friends at Moai that I now hang out with outside the studio. “Dancing Babies with Hope is so fun! Such great instructions to learn our dances. Such a nice environment and community of women where we can bond and break a sweat! Can't recommend this program enough!”

“Absolutely love Moai Movement prenatal yoga classes. The instructors are extremely friendly and experienced and teach routines tailored specifically to expecting mamas. The classes have really benefitted my mental and physical health during my pregnancy. An extra bonus is the sense of community they create in class.
