No credit nor debit.</li><li>Receipts will be sent by email.</li><li>A confirmation email will be issued when you book and then 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will receive a reminder email.</li><li>A missed or insufficient notice fee may be applied without 24 hour cancellation notification.
