“I have been a patient at this clinic for many years, going back to when it was Family Dental Centre and now renamed, Mirage Dental. You will notice that the clinic is very clean throughout, not only in the reception area but in the patient rooms as well. Whether you are booking an appointment or dealing with insurance, Leslie, is very friendly and willing to assist. Silvia, the hygienist, does a wonderful and thorough job during cleanings. I have finished my Invisalign treatment, and would highly recommend booking with Dr. Keshkool and his assistant, Zarina, for this service, as well as for your fillings and implant needs. “Absolutely Disappointing & Unprofessional What is going on in this place? From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. No "Hello, can I help you?" No smiles. Just a blatant lack of basic customer service. Both the receptionist and the dentist were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. My daughter, an aspiring dental receptionist, visited on a quiet afternoon, simply asking for a few minutes of their time to fill in a quick, three-question form for her schooling application. It was straightforward, and we even provided contact info if they preferred to email it later. The lady at the front immediately dismissed her with a blunt "No," right in front of the dentist, who just stood there offering no assistance. My daughter was stunned by such rude customer service and tried to clarify, "Are you sure? I can leave it with you?" Again, a cold "No." I went in afterwards to speak with the receptionist, and I can say without a doubt, she utterly lacks any customer service ability. And the dentist's complete disregard, just standing there, was equally appalling. This form could have been filled out by anyone but she spent more time disregarding and making up excuses with no politeness than it would have taken to fill it out, or take the paper and say " we can definitely get it to someone and get them to fill it out for you". But nope...that didn't even cross her mind. COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE PROFESSION To treat a young adult reaching out to a field she's passionate about with such contempt is truly disgusting. We visited seven dental offices that day, and yours was the only one that not only refused to help but completely disregarded the situation. “Great place to get your teeth checked out! All the staff is really nice and Dr.Keskool was very friendly. It had been over three years since I had my teeth cleaned and looked at. They were very thorough about checking that my teeth were all good and found two cavities. Then they showed me exactly where both my cavities were and booked me in straight away to get them fixed!
