“I have a lot of dental fear and I am too embarrassed to say how long it was since I had last been; I’ve had so many truly horrible experiences. Mint was so patient and kind with me but also didn’t give my fear a lot of ‘space.’ I say that in the best way - I felt respected but not infantilized. The imaging was incredible and they pointed out what could be changed, what needed attention and what could wait. Cosmetically they also asked what I thought about my smile vs telling me what’s wrong with it. I think that’s a really beautiful way of acknowledging that something not being ‘perfect’ isn’t ‘wrong’ if it’s not causing health issues. I didn’t feel bullied to do more and they gave me clear and easy things to do from home to stay healthy. I feel like this visit was life changing for me.”

“From reception to service and billing, there is clearly an expectation and standard that they hold their entire team to. When I share my experiences at Mint, people are always floored at how lovely it sounds. They make myself and my young kids feel comfortable and always well taken care of. They have advocated for myself and my son on several occasions and are always on top of every detail. To top it off the space is gorgeous and so well maintained. Requesting booties be worn during slushy winter months to keep the space tidy and comfortable lounges while you wait. I appreciate the care they put into the space and services.”

“I can’t rave about Mint Dentistry enough! After a very poor experience at a different dental office, my experience with Dr. Sue and the hygienists not only exceeded my expectations, but completely changed my outlook on dental care. First impressions: beautiful office! The reception and waiting area is immaculate and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Onto the actual services, I have never had a dentist take such a holistic approach: completing an oral cancer screening, identifying issues with mouth breathing, jaw tension, and more, and how it all fits/affects oral and dental wellness. It is evident that Dr. Sue and the rest of the team truly care about their patients. Everyone was kind and approachable, and explained the results of their exam clearly and with care. Thank you and I actually can’t wait to return for my next cleaning!”

“This is bar none the best dental practice I have worked with. I found Mint in 2017 and recommend them to all my friends. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've seen a few dentists prior to Dr. Chincholi and she was the only person who was able to diagnose my sensitivity issue. No one likes an extraction and I've had many in the past (6 total). My experience with Dr. Amaro has been by far the best. She took time to explain and help me make the best decision for me; I had to pay out of pocket and she did everything she could to minimize cost. Recovery was way easier and faster than I expected. There was no bleeding, minimal pain, and I was able to eat right away.”

“I recently moved to the area and was looking for a dentist I could trust. After checking the reviews and calling the clinic, they sounded so organized that I decided to book an appointment. When I visited, I immediately felt comfortable. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are genuinely polite and caring. The dentist and her assistant explained everything step by step and honestly treated me with the patience of a psychologist — they made sure I felt calm, informed, and supported the whole time. Their work is professional, and their attitude is amazing. I’m really happy to say this is my new dentist, and I highly recommend them.”

“This is probably my favorite office space to enter and definitely THE BEST dental office I've been to.The staff is reallllly friendly and attentive, it's to the point where I find myself stopping in to say hi. If you're looking for a dental office in around downtown, i think you'll hardly find better than Mint Dentistry... They're my people!”
