“Very nice staff and good location just behind the Richmond centre. I like that they have a PT to ensure that the patient's mobility will progress. There's also different activities like bowling and tai chi and field trips for the residents.”

“A wonderful place! Was visiting friend thete who lives it. Very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lots of activities for patients. A cafeteria, a sitting area. Bright, roomy place.”

“Where you send your loved ones to die. Mom arrived on Monday, by Thursday she was positive for covid, dad got it too. Then she got pneumonia. They even moved her from her bed into a wheelchair, forgot to do the seat belt, so she slid out and cracked her toe open. She is now in the ER, nd the doctors say she won't last the week. (she died 2 days later)”
