“Had our first appointment today with dr Sheffy, got there a little early, started checking in with the reception 5 min after the appointment time if there was a delay, they were not able to talk to the dr and didn’t know about any delays. We also didn’t receive any emails or calls to ask to reschedule or that there will be a delay. We left once the delay was over 15 min. Highly unprofessional and do not recommend if you value your time.”
