“Terrible because I screened them by asking to they provide trauma informed care and the intake worker told me they provide trauma informed care and asked me to share my life. He assured me they could help. Asked my triggering questions that weren’t trauma informed and caused distress and then came back an hour later saying he couldn’t help. Terrible experience with them as intake worker wasn’t trauma informed and over promised and under delivered”Read moreShow less

“I was having personal and marital issues and needed some help working through my stress. I was able to book with Tammy Lalonde for a some sessions and I will say she listened to me with care and compassion, helped guide me towards much better days and I am forever grateful that I just took the courage to finally confront my issues head on with Tammy and I have removed so much stress and anxiety I once carried. Life changing! Thanks Tammy!”Read moreShow less

“I was nervous when I initially booked my appointment, unsure of what to expect as I hadn't had a psycho-therapist in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by how great Sahar is. She's very knowledgable, warm and I felt that I was able to open up to her with ease. She is very attentive and very intelligent. I highly recommend this clinic. I'm sure any other provider you book with is equally as great.”Read moreShow less

“Sachi is a great therapist, she is warm, skilled and non-judgmental. She genuinely cares about her work and her clients, creating trust and a safe place to talk about issues. When I started with Sachi I was in a very bad place, she helped me to realize how various aspects of my life were negatively impacting my mental health. Sachi listened with empathy and understanding, and provided practical suggestions on how I might help myself. She is very encouraging and the therapy greatly reduced my stress level and set me on a path to better self-care and healing.”Read moreShow less

“My experience may have been a little different than others because I do have some therapeutic training. However- please do your research before choosing a therapist. People with MSW’s who are able to practice psychotherapy do not have the same training as a registered psychotherapist. An MSW degree is a very broad, generic degree with very little formal training in therapeutic modalities. That being said, this practice was recommended to me and we gave it a try for our child. The therapist wasn’t able to answer my questions regarding what modalities she was utilizing or gave me a formal treatment plan- goals, timeline and methods being utilized is something any experienced, trained therapist should be able to provide after the initial getting-to-know-you sessions. This was a very basic situation where we came in with clear goals and we did many, many sessions before we realized this was going absolutely nowhere and this person wasn’t offering our child any therapeutic support. They were honestly just supportive check-in’s versus offering any type of clinical solutions to a very basic issue. As parents we want to support our children as best we can and look to professionals for guidance and their clinical expertise: this fell extremely short of what I would expect at 195/HR for somebody that had limited knowledge/experience. Ask for treatment plans from the get go, or your throwing away time and money for zero growth or change.”Read moreShow less

“I had the honour of learning from Laura while she was facilitating a course I took. I had the pleasure of getting to spend 8 weekend with her while I learnt Parenting a Child with Trauma. She was extremely kind, listened well to all of us and allowed us to have our feelings while guiding us on our journeys (whatever those journeys were). Without her and her extreme knowledge our lives may look very different then they are now. I would highly recommend her and any of her staff”Read moreShow less
