“Great clinic! Been to lots of Physio/ Massage clinics for various sports injuries but found this one when I moved to Milton. Therapists are really 'hands-on' and take the time to explain things. Also, really friendly and great front staff.”

“I have been coming to Miltowne Physio for what feels like most of my life for various ailments. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with all staff at this clinic. They have made a real effort to get to know me and you can tell that there is a lot of care that they have for patients and that they are truly dedicated to providing the best possible service as they work with me and my chronic pain. They offer direct billing, which I have never had a problem with and makes it quite easy for the patient. “So i recently had a massage at this clinic which left me with a bad back and neck pain. I thought it could because i was having one after a gap of 2 years but no it was just a bad job done. I had it done on 2nd and a week plus later my neck is still stiff. I shared my feedback with them on msg first only to be told by their manager, who btw was nice in person, about diff tolerances and preferences. AND so far there is no response on email but they have been checking with me on payment which is delayed. So my insurance company been down having tech issues and the clinic had direct billed but not received payment yet. They are on Sunlife server and do know it’s down but yet they are still messaging me about it but there is not an iota of concern for the client’s health! Really bad customer service! I was really hoping this would be a good clinic as it’s nearby and convenient. Was also considering it for Physiotherapy for my mother but definitely not after this experience.”Read moreShow less
