“I had never tried osteopathy before or been a patient myself until I met Sheri postpartum with my second baby, who was experiencing digestive and gas issues. We began seeing her when my daughter was still a newborn, and I also started receiving postpartum treatments for myself. I’m someone who generally dislikes being touched and have never enjoyed massages. Osteopathy is completely different, though—there is something truly magical about the experience with Sheri. Her touch is warm and soothing, and she creates such a calm and comforting environment that I was able to fully relax and even fall asleep during my session. Sheri has helped me tremendously with my own digestive issues and postpartum recovery. We have also seen an incredible difference in our daughter. Her digestion has improved, she is feeding better, and she has much more mobility in her mouth. During her last session, I brought her in stiff and uncomfortable, but by the end of the appointment, she seemed like a completely different baby. She took a three hour nap immediately after! Not only is Sheri warm and welcoming, but it’s obvious that she genuinely loves working with children. She brings so much compassion to every session and connects with your baby in a way that goes far beyond what can be learned from a textbook. I highly recommend Sheri to any parent looking for osteopathic care for themselves or their little one.”Read moreShow less

“Sheri has magic hands! She has an extensive knowledge of the body and a seemingly intuitive sense of what treatment is needed. She is very welcoming and makes me feel comfortable and at peace as soon as I enter her tranquil space. Every time I walk out I feel much more relaxed and decompressed. I always look forward to my appointments with her and can't recommend her enough!”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Sheri for myself and my newborn, who we thought had a tongue tie because of his weak suck. I had no idea how much tension affects a baby's body! She has helped so much with his body tension that his suck has improved greatly and he's now able to get a better latch. We're still working on the transition off the bottle, but we're getting there. I've had a crash-course in anatomy during our sessions, and that educational piece has made me feel so much more empowered going into this. During my last session for myself, she actually helped me realize how much my nervous system had been affected, and even helped me pass some retained tissue. I am forever in awe of the human body and how many "ailments" can be improved with body work.”Read moreShow less

“After 10 months of increasing back pain, no response to cortisone or gabapentin, I could not stand for more than 10 minutes. I messaged Sheri and after two appointments, I was so surprised that I was no longer experiencing piercing pain and after the 3rd appointment, the pain was gone. Three months later it came back, mildly. One appointment with Sheri it was gone again. We agreed that a 30 minute refresh every few months would be helpful. It has been a pleasure meeting with Sheri and discussing my history of back pain. She asks pertinent questions that help guide her to resolve these issues and locate the real source of the pain. She is very professional and totally dedicated to your well being as a patient.”Read moreShow less

“I discovered Sheri on a Google search in hopes of helping my newborn baby with reflux. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment, and I’m glad I did! Working with Sheri has been a delight. She’s personable, understanding, knowledgable and caters support based on your individual needs and circumstances. In working with her, she’s taught me methods that I can apply at home to support my baby’s healthy development and to release possible points of tension. She takes incredible care of my baby during visits and I feel at ease because my baby and I quickly developed comfort and trust. I look forward to my visits with Sheri and I highly recommend her services to anyone who is seeking support for themselves or family members.”Read moreShow less

“I never get massages, because I find most want it to hurt - otherwise they think it's not working. But Sheri taught me that it doesn't need to hurt to help. She has done so much for me - helped me find connections in my body and my mind that allow my physical injuries and ailments to subside or completely disappear. I will see here forever, consistently, because each time I leave feeling renewed, physically healthy and emotionally supported. No other osteopath has ever done that.”Read moreShow less

“Sheri at Milton Osteopathy & Wellness is a miracle worker for moms and babies and I cannot recommend her enough. I brought my 3 day old to see her after a stalled labour and head turn preference that was causing tension and latching struggles. The results were incredible; we saw immediate improvement after the first session. Sheri was incredibly gentle yet very precise with my baby. She also educated us on practical exercises and techniques to use at home, which was greatly appreciated. After treating my baby, Sheri treated me postpartum for tension and imbalances as well. I felt a noticeable shift in my own body and healing, and plan to return with my daughter for follow-up. If you’re looking for a professional with truly excellent trained hands who takes the time to tailor treatment to your specific needs, Sheri is the one. To all my fellow Milton parents: don't wait for a problem to arise. Even hidden imbalances in newborns can affect their sleep and feeding. Sheri’s skilled care is an absolute must for any family!”Read moreShow less
