“First appointment today. These ladies are lovely. My therapist was open and honest. She wasn’t sure if she’d be able to help. She listened and worked on the area of pain. She helped affirm what i thought it was and used the technique I was hoping for. She knew it might cause more pain but she gave me some hope that over time it might lessen although she couldn’t guarantee anything, I loved that she was straight with me. She was calm and kind. “I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist set a fantastic tone. They are incredibly lively active and welcoming which immediately puts you at ease. The treatment itself is excellent with a homely atmosphere. It does not feel like a cold clinical environment instead it is comfortable and personal making the recovery process much more enjoyable. The team made my entire WCB journey so easy and supportive, especially when I was at my worst both physically and mentally. She has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my recovery. She always listened to my concerns and guided me with the best treatment and motivation. “All of the staff at Millwoods Physical Therapy Centre are terrific. Right from the very beginning, you are greeted with warmth and kindness. All of the staff are very friendly and courteous. Always happy to help you no matter what you need. My physiotherapist, Arun, cares deeply about his clients and that shows with the personal one-on-one attention that he gives you at your session ensuring you are getting the right treatment and that you are comfortable. He is very easy to talk to and personable, which is not something you find easily anymore. I have been coming here for quite a few months now for my physiotherapy treatments which has been helping my mobility improve a great deal.
