“I cannot thank Dr. Gurpreet Leekha at Eye Etiquette enough for what he has done for me. I wear contact lenses and my prescription is quite tricky. As an esthetician, I rely heavily on my eyesight for intricate work like lashes and detailed treatments. Over the years, I visited many doctors, and most of them told me nothing more could be done to improve my close vision. I was heartbroken and had almost given up hope that I’d ever be able to do the work I love again. But Dr. Leekha didn’t give up on me. He took the time to really understand my situation, tried different approaches, and gave me solutions that worked. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, my vision has improved so much that I can confidently do lashes and all the precise work my profession requires. I feel like I’ve been given a new life. “Above and beyond! Dr. Leekha is fascinated about eyes and sight and eye health like, well, nobody else. He has changed my life. He pointed out that I had Conjunctivitis (I had seen other eye doctors for years and nobody pointed it out), and he has recommended contact lenses that are like bi-focals/progressive lenses so I can see for reading and for long distance. Imagine having an eye doctor with passion for his craft.This is him. I have recommended people I care about who don't even live on Vancouver Island to come and see him! “Just had a fantastic experience at a store I've never been to. Came because it was the closest one to my home, still an hour away. Walked in with broken glasses and walked out with brand new frames that fit my lenses perfectly. Fantastic service, warm and welcoming atmosphere, amazing price, great experience to start my morning. “This place is phenomenal. The people who work here are always in a great mood. They are always happy to answer all my questions, no matter how long I am there, and they never make me feel like I’m wasting their time. I go in often to try on new glasses and they are always so happy, even tho I’ve only ever bought one pair! My whole family gets their glasses here, and I have recently ordered another pair because of the personalization I get here. I have never experienced this at any other business and I am so proud to support this one. “Been here several times for eye check ups as well as problems with my eye. Every visit is enjoyable and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The Dr himself is one of the few that makes you feel as he is actually listening to what your saying and is always incredibly informative.
