“Great facility with caring staff. Warm and welcoming for seniors. My aunt lives there since 5 years and she's loving it. Beautiful community. I highly recommend it.”

“hey everybody i dont recommend this place a less you can take care of yourself and dont have any behavioural issues because as soon as somebody gets to hard to look after or becomes too much work they ship them off to the hospital for them to take care off until another facility will take them which is what happened to my loved one now he is in a hospital taking a bed when somebody desperately needs one. i even had to put a camera in there because we have had some issues. and there lack of care and personal hygiene is a disgrace.”Read moreShow less

“Update: I responded 2weeks ago as per your request to the email you provided but have not had a response. Will you kindly respond to my email. Thank you. My Father in Law has been at Millrise for over a year. The staff are very good, cheerful and considerate. The food is TERRIBLE! When he first moved in he enjoyed the meals there, Apparently there has been some change and now, it is awful. One night when I was there my Father in Law had 1 pancake for supper, no sausage, nothing else. Last night he was excited for hot dogs. He was served 1/2 a weiner on half a stale bun. Another night he was served pancakes and peas for supper. We are beyond frustrated as a family. They have meetings with the food staff but nothing changes. My Father In Law has been buying groceries and making food for himself. It has been frustrating, disheartening and maddening for months now. He deserve better.”Read moreShow less

“I recently had a family birthday for my husband in the Family Dining Room at Millrise Senior care. I had the kitchen staff prepare the meal for 9 of us. It was excellent! The room was set up so nice with everything we would need. The chef prepared lots of food, even enough to take some home. The residents also enjoyed a Stampede BBQ in July which was a treat. I am usually with my husband when the evening meal is brought in and it’s always a balanced meal and tasty. I’m pleased with the food here at Millrise.”Read moreShow less

“6 years ago my DAD needed full time care, I chose Millrise. Last year my MOM could no longer live independently so once again, I went to Millrise. In 4 days I had her safely place in assisted living. I chose Millrise for 3 main reasons; they keep it very clean, the staff are wonderful and the food is delicious, nutritious and cooked right there in a beautiful kitchen. There are wonderful programs for exercise, entertainment and keeping my MOM engaged in the art of living well. As her cognition decreases, her program needs change… Millrise accommodates all levels of care. The wonderful staff, cleanliness and food have remained constant. Many of the staff who cared for my DAD are still there! It was like coming home to move my MOM in. I’ve recommended Millrise to my friends for their Parents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to you.”Read moreShow less

“I am quite happy about the care my Mom receives at Millrise. Not that there has not been issues that have arisen, but they have been dealt with in a speedy, efficient manner. “My daughters Great-Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed their time living at Millrise. They found comfort in seeing and spending time with the other residents.
