“My husband started going here while we were visiting family in Scarborough (we're from Steinbach MB) and he kept telling me I need to book in too. I had so much tension in my neck and shoulders from the drive and just life in general lol. So I went. First visit was massage therapy and it was honestly the best I've had in a long time. The therapist asked where I was holding tension and actually listened. I liked it so much I booked two more appointments, tried acupuncture on my second visit which I've never done before and was surprised how much it helped with my sleep and overall tension. They have a lot of services available too, not just physio. Massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, osteopathy, even foot care. It's nice having options in one place instead of driving all over. I told my cousins who live nearby they should be going here regularly and not just waiting until something hurts.”Read moreShow less

“We drove in from Steinbach Manitoba to visit family and take care of some business stuff. Two days on the road and my lower back was done. Could barely get out of the car. My brother in law told me to try Milliken Physiotherapy on Finch and I figured why not. Went in for an assessment and the therapist actually spent time figuring out what was going on instead of just rushing through it. I ended up going back two more times over the next couple weeks and each visit I could feel real progress. They even gave me stretches to keep doing when I got home which I'm still doing now back in Manitoba. Honestly wish we had something like this closer to home.
