“Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything thoroughly. I was in a lot of pain when I went to see him and I felt way better when I left. Mike used different techniques , Stretching the use of the massage gun which made a difference and also suggested stretches to do at home which are working well. “Went to Mike for the first time yesterday and had such a great experience. Very professional and kind. I like that he used different methods throughout the session (massage gun, handwork, pressure holds and stretches) I have gone to others in the past and all they do is hand work, then give you stretches to do at home.
