Megan is a kind, caring and extremely skilled and experienced practitioner. Highly recommend!

Megan is an incredible, caring, skilled massage therapist! She has a warm welcoming demeanour and she actively listens to her clients and builds a care plan with them collaboratively. She also doesn't tolerate any bullshit which is so refreshing - no rolling over for patriarchal or racist nonsense from anyone (such as some folks giving her one star reviews, for example). To me this is the mark of actual deep care and a commitment to her clients' healing, because she understands how dysregulating it is to encounter such awful oppressive behaviours. If you're looking to support a woman-owned small business that will put your dignity and wellbeing above all, book in with Megan. You won't regret it.

I was surprised to see a negative review and felt compelled to comment. My young adult child with multiple disabilities and sensitivities really appreciated Megan’s warm conscientiousness and the consent-aware, neuroaffirming environment she created. I just noticed a one star review from a man who managed to walk in off the street (due to the property manager’s lack of contingency for their tenants — no fault of the practitioner) which, given that the office is quite intimate in scale, would definitely have been a surprising and unsettling experience, especially on a quiet evening. Had I or my child been the client in that scenario, I definitely would have felt startled and unsafe, and deeply appreciated Megan’s firm, protective stance, even if it had come off as rude. In my opinion, a man leaving a 1-star review for a woman entrepreneur is extremely rude and a power move intended to punish, shame and humiliate. Ew. Good riddance! And kudos to Megan for offering graciousness in her reply nonetheless.

Megan is so kind, caring and just gets it! I have hypermobility and a more complex case and after the first session I realized I should have been seeing her years ago!!

Megan is an exceptional therapist. She is professional and thorough, and offers highly effective treatment.

April Gilliland · Google · 16 Jun 2021

Megan is a very knowledgeable and thorough massage therapist with vast experience. I have been seeing her for almost a year post twin pregnancy and she has helped me immensely. I think that she has the strongest hands of any massage therapist who I have ever attended. She has even given me exercises and stretches to help me. She is professional and always keeps a very clean workplace with meticulous protocols. She is also a very interesting conversationalist who makes every visit enjoyable. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. There are also bathrooms on the floor where she is located including a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
