This place has such a great vibe! Super friendly reception with Shalini and I’ve worked with Grace for physiotherapy who was super helpful and professional.

I can honestly say that I love going to my appointments at Midtown Physiotherapy. The clinic has such a positive and welcoming vibe; everyone there is so warm and friendly; and my physio, Caitlin, is exceptionally skilled, kind, and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic!

Incredibly happy with Midtown Physiotherapy. I've been here for several years (on and off, not continuously!) and they are wonderful. The facility is clean and bright, equipped with everything they need to help treat their patients. Shalini is energetic and lovely at the front desk, a joy to chat with when you come for your visit, while also making sure that all administrative items are in order. Caitlin (my usual physiotherapist) and Carly (her locum) are both excellent physiotherapists and absolute professionals. They are attentive during the appointment, checking in on progress and pain, and tailor take-home programs to you. Most of all, I never feel pressured to return. They understand that sometimes it's hard to get some time off work for the ideal treatment schedule, but work with you to find the best alternative. We all celebrate when we won't be seeing each other for a while when an injury is resolved, and you can tell that patient well-being is the highest priority for this clinic. Highly recommend!

I've been visiting this clinic for years now. I'm an artist and I like to keep on top of the tightness that builds up in my neck and wrists (so that I can have a long and healthy career, to the best of my ability!). The service and care at this clinic is next level, from the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by Shalini, the receptionist who will immediately make you feel welcome and at ease. For Physiotherapy, I've worked with Caitlin (who is currently away on leave) and Carly, and they have both been thorough, supportive and hands on. Unlike at other clinics I've visited, they take the time to understand the issues, and how those issues change over time, offering personal recommendations for exercises, and treatments. I can definitely say that working with this clinic has changed my relationship with my body for the better.

I lost my wallet on the way to an appointment at another office in this building. The physiotherapist found it and brought it upstairs to her office. The physiotherapist and receptionist went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my wallet back to me, contacting other offices in the building until they found my number and called me. If they are this thoughtful and considerate about someone who isn’t their patient, I can only imagine the level of care they put towards their patients. The next time I need physiotherapy, I will definitely be checking them out. And thanks again for getting my wallet back to me!

I recently had a problem with numbness and weird nerve sensations in my arms. I went to several massage establishments in North Toronto. Massage did not help. My doctor recommended Midtown Physiotherapy on Yonge near Balmoral. I went and after a few sessions I am now cured and very, very happy about it. The therapist a Midtown first did an assessment to see what was wrong (something the others did not do). Then she gave me some stretching and strengthening exercises. It worked. I would encourage anyone who needs physio to go to Midtown. BTW - My name is not actually John Brown

A excellent clinic! Went for a running injury. Lauren was kind, clear and professional. She did an excellent job identifying the cause of my pain and providing me with exercises, stretches and activities to help. Pleased to say that I am back to training for a half marathon.

By far the best physiotherapy office that I've visited. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are also incredible at their jobs. Wendi was recommended to me by a friend when I suffered a partial MCL tear in my knee playing soccer. Even though the injury had been made worse by the fact that it occurred right before the COVID-19 pandemic (making hospital appointments difficult to schedule), Wendi helped me first virtually, then in person, over the next few months to make a full recovery. Six months after my injury I was back to my goal time for 10k running and did a 140km bike ride from Toronto to Niagara Falls! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. I also went to her for a lingering shoulder injury, which had troubled me for about two years. I had consulted a physiotherapist from a different office previously about the injury, and while that had helped somewhat, the injury persisted. Wendi was able to identify the precise issue on my first visit, and was able to give me very targeted treatment that helped me to make more progress in a couple of weeks than I had made in the previous two years. Overall, I can't recommend the office highly enough. I hope that I don't need physiotherapy again (at least for a while!), but it's comforting to know that such a great office is available if ever I do. Part of me will miss visiting the office every couple of weeks :)

Love this place! The most bubbly and considerate receptionist. Clean and spacious facility with diverse equipment to meet all needs. Lauren was incredible at helping me with my pinched nerve injury. She always explained the exercises clearly to me and provided information about what was going on. She's tremendous at what she does and was so easy to talk to. My results have allowed for me to get back into sports and regular movement!! Will definitely be back! ♥️

I am so glad I found Midtown Physiotherapy! I tore my MCL ligament six months ago and Brianne has been a lifesaver. Together we came up with a recovery plan and exercises that kept me motivated. She always explained the reasoning behind everything we did and was quick to make adjustments as needed. The space is bright and inviting with all new equipment. Highly recommend their services!
