How to Book
We’ve made booking as simple as possible. Please select the option that best fits your needs from the menu on the left:
New Clients
Free 15-Minute Consultations (AB/NWT) : Meet with one or more practitioners to ask questions and find the right fit.
First Visits (AB/NWT) : Book your first full intake session with the practitioner of your choice.
Funded and Federal Program
If you’re accessing services through RCMP, Veterans Affairs, Canadian Armed Forces, NIHB, or IRS programs, please select “Organizations and Federal Programs” to book the correct session type.
Returning Clients
Individual Counselling Sessions (AB) : For returning Alberta clients.
Northwest Territories Clients : For returning NWT clients.
Couples Counselling Sessions : For ongoing couples therapy sessions.
All clients are required have a valid credit card on file. You can read our Credit Card and Cancellation Policy for more details.
