“I saw Michelle here recently and she was incredible. She understood not to cut too much off my long hair. She curled my hair so beautifully when I left and my curls held up so well all night for my event (they do not hold curls well). She was so personable, friendly, and the appointment went too quickly. “Don’t go to this salon if you have curly hair. Period. The level 5 stylist assured me she could cut my hair, persuaded me she could cut it wet after I very clearly and specifically said curly hair is different and I didn’t want a “shelf” with 2 distinct layers. I asked for a minimal trim. Just the ends. You can guess where this is going. I will NEVER go to this salon again and if you have curly hair I strongly caution you to find somewhere else. This person was stuffing my hair into the diffuser like she was stuffing a pipe with tobacco, no clue what, she was doing. Then when I expressed I was concerned proceeded to tell me curly hair takes “several days” to settle into a new style. What now? And then charged me $100 for the disaster. STAY AWAY. And note to the stylist, you should’ve just said you can’t do it. I would’ve tipped you anyway and left appreciative instead of so upset.”Read moreShow less

“Shauna=⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a bonus ⭐️ However, you don't really get to choose who does a complimentary bang trim (which is an awesome service) THIS is how I walked about of a bang-trim appointment 30 minutes ago. Uneven, cut sections of my front hair, so i have weird front layers now. Another more senior stylist came to fix them, but they were already too short. Completely unacceptable to put someone so junior on right before Christmas, and I should have known when she twisted my bangs to cut them...a move that we know goes wrong every damn time from TikTok. “I just had a great experience at Harry’s in Cloverdale. The shop itself is modern, clean and simply is a place where a gentleman would feel welcome and comfortable. Kyla, who worked on my hair gave me the best cut I’ve had in years. She also took care of my eyebrows and neck - two areas that in recent years seem to no longer be part of a man’s grooming routine.
