“It was so bad, she couldn't even apply the slightest pressure and was just wasting time. My grandmother gives better massages than her and it's also very expensive. I had been here several times and the previous masseuse, Nancy, was very good and I didn't care about the money at all. But this time, she was both more expensive and really awful. When I complained to the owner of the business, who is a gentleman, he laughed and said it was the end of the year and we are busy. I went for a two-hour massage and only got a 45-minute massage because the masseuse came late and they charged me $124 for one hour. I really regret that I wasted my time and money and now not only did I not relax, but in addition to the pain I was in, my mood was also ruined and I became nervous and my money and time were wasted.”
