“I’ve been seeing Dr. Rai for years now and he has honestly been the absolute best. Every eye appointment and check up has always been so thorough, detailed, and professional, and I’ve always felt genuinely cared for. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed. I’ve had such a great experience over the years that now my whole family sees him as well. “Dr Gandham is terrific. Very thorough and competent. Took time to thoughtfully answer all my questions. All the hi-tech equipment and facilities are also very impressive. Been coming here for at least 15 years. Started with Dr Rai, who is also excellent.”

“Had such a great experience here. I had some floaters in one of my eyes and was feeling very worried that there might be some damage going on so I tried to find an emergency appointment with an optometrist. It was around 4pm on a weekday and I called around to different optometrists in metrotown to see if I could book an emergency visit and most were too busy or did not consider my problem an emergency worth checking. I'm glad I didn't give up hope, because I called this center and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. The doctor was super understanding, precise, and fast. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and I didn't feel dismissed or unfairly questioned at any point during my visit which was a breath of fresh air. Altogether, from the time I called and scheduled my appointment to when I was done with my tests and was given recommendations by the doctor it was only 3 hours.
