However, late cancellations or no-shows mean lost healing time for another patient eagerly waiting. 😿 Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If changes are made within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply. No show fee is equal to the cost of your treatment. We really appreciate your understanding! 💛

“Not sure how I found this place but I came across the website somehow in December and I can’t tell you enough how grateful I am. First, the interior space is nice and clean. The staff is great, friendly, and attentive to your questions. I did the iron infusion and I have had 3 visits. Each visit was the same, very professional, the team monitored my vitals and not to mention the comfy chairs. My anemia would have taken 3 or more months to recover but after my iron infusion, I am back on my feet so quickly. Thank you Metalab!”Read moreShow less

“I called to book a treatment three weeks in advance. I showed up on the date of my appointment and was told my appointment was never booked in the system. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Update: The business contacted me after I left the clinic. They accepted the error they had made and have reviewed their practicies to minimize the risk of such errors being repeated for other patients going forward.
