“Took my 4.5 year old to get her earlobes pierced. Suzanne was super knowledgeable and kept my daughter at ease. Pierced both lobes at once so it was over quick and we left happy!”

“A few days ago I had a new gel set mani, and a pedi with gel polish both done by Cori and I am very happy with both the service and end result. While getting my nails done, I asked to get booked in for a facial, and today I saw Suzanne and it was hands down the best facial I've ever had and the whole experience was just absolutely lovely. “Booked for myself and a friend on my birthday - nail extensions and toe polish (no polish removal). We couldn’t sit together during the appointment. My hands took a total of 3.5h (including nail art 45min) and the toes took 45min. Was there for 4h15min total. They didn’t book for the correct amount of time so I had 3 different technicians taking turns working on my nails whenever they were free. My friend’s nails (no nail art) took 2h45 min - she didn’t have time to stay to get toes done. “I have had two of my daughters get their ears pierced at Merle Norman. The ladies are so great with kids! Both my daughters had such a good experience. They have two staff do it at once so that it’s quick. I would highly recommend.”

“My teenage daughters and I got our second ear piercings done together on the weekend! I actually brought both of them to this Merle Norman when they were 6 months old to have their ears pierced originally and it was a great experience. We had the same great experience there again! “Very friendly staff. Easy to book an appointment. Liked that they have ear piercing service for babies. We got a numbing cream to apply to the ears before the appointment. “Just loved the attention to detail and as a first time client Ashlee really attended to my needs in ensuring that she understood my needs. I wanted a natural lash look, not too long and she did a fabulous job - I was very happy today. I also managed to have some waxing done and was also very happy.
